Insurers ebbed back today broadly, especially AIA (01299.HK) which reversed the record-high uptrend yesterday since JPMorgan did not deem the company as the Asian top pick anymore. The local insurer slid 3.6% to last at $105. PING AN (02318.HK), raised as the new Asian top pick, dropped 1.6% to $100.
