SENSETIME-W (00020.HK) held its 2024 SenseTime Tech Day, at which the Chairman and CEO of the Company, Xu Li, announced the launch of the "SenseNova" foundation model version 5.0, which adopts a hybrid expert architecture, based on more than 10TB tokens of training and a massive amount of synthetic data. The latest version comprehensively benchmarks against GPT-4 Turbo launched by OpenAI in November 2023 in terms of knowledge, reasoning, mathematics and coding. SENSETIME-W also launched the "2-42" Enterprise Foundation Model All-in-One and the Code Foundation Model All-in-One Light Edition, which is equipped with the foundation model assistant "Code Raccoon". Among them, the Code Foundation Model All-in-One Light Edition is priced at RMB350,000, and each all-in-one machine can be used by a R&D group of 100 people, with a cost of as low as RMB4.5 per person per day. In addition, SENSETIME-W announced the partnership with Huawei to release a foundation model of the industry for the financial, medical, administration and coding domains. According to Xu Li, OpenAI had released Sora, a text-to-movie platform, at the beginning of the year, which captured market attention.
